La transmission du budget de la collectivité à la chambre territoriale des comptes au titre des articles LO 6262-4 et LO 6262-12 a pour effet de suspendre l’exécution de ce budget jusqu’au terme de la procédure. Toutefois, sont applicables à compter de cette transmission les dispositions de l’article LO 6262-1. En outre, les dépenses de la section d’investissement de ce budget peuvent être engagées, liquidées et mandatées dans la limite de la moitié des crédits inscrits à ce titre.
