Article LO6451-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Acts taken on behalf of the local authority and other than those mentioned in article LO 6451-2 are enforceable by operation of law as soon as they have been posted or notified to the interested parties.

The State representative may ask to be notified at any time. He may only refer them to the administrative court, within a period of two months from their communication, if the request was made within the period of two months from the date on which the acts became enforceable.

Les actes pris au nom de la collectivité et autres que ceux mentionnés à l’article LO 6451-2 sont exécutoires de plein droit dès qu’il a été procédé à leur affichage ou à leur notification aux intéressés.

Le représentant de l’Etat peut en demander communication à tout moment. Il ne peut les déférer au tribunal administratif, dans un délai de deux mois à compter de leur communication, que si la demande a été présentée dans le délai de deux mois à compter de la date à laquelle les actes sont devenus exécutoires.
