Article LO6471-14 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The administrative account is sent to the State representative no later than fifteen days after the deadline set for its adoption by articles LO 6471-10 and LO 6471-13.

Failing this, the State representative shall, in accordance with the procedure set out in article LO 6471-7, the Chambre territoriale des comptes for the local authority’s next approved budget.

Le compte administratif est transmis au représentant de l’Etat au plus tard quinze jours après le délai limite fixé pour son adoption par les articles LO 6471-10 et LO 6471-13.

A défaut, le représentant de l’Etat saisit, selon la procédure prévue par l’article LO 6471-7, la chambre territoriale des comptes du plus proche budget voté par la collectivité.
