Article R.4122-4-12 of the French Public Health Code

In order to organise its purchasing, the national council of the order may pool its requirements with other national councils:

1° Either in the form of central purchasing bodies, under the conditions set out in articles L. 2113-2 to L. 2113-4 of the French Public Procurement Code;

2° Or in the form of groupings of orders, under the conditions set out in the first paragraph of article L. 2113-6 and in article L. 2113-7 of the same code.

However, the National Council may not set up central purchasing bodies or consortia with public or private entities other than those mentioned in the previous paragraphs.

Article R.4122-4-12

Pour organiser son achat, le conseil national de l’ordre peut procéder à une mutualisation de ses besoins avec d’autres conseils nationaux :

1° Soit sous la forme de centrales d’achat, dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 2113-2 à L. 2113-4 du code de la commande publique ;

2° Soit sous la forme de groupements de commande, dans les conditions prévues au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2113-6 et à l’article L. 2113-7 du même code.

Le conseil national ne peut en revanche créer de centrales d’achat ou groupements de commande avec d’autres personnes publiques ou privées que celles mentionnées aux alinéas précédents.
