Article R.4122-4-19 of the French Public Health Code

I.-For contracts awarded in accordance with one of the formalised procedures listed in article R. 4122-4-15, the National Council publishes a contract notice in a newspaper authorised to carry legal advertisements and in a specialised newspaper corresponding to the economic sector concerned.

II.-For contracts awarded in accordance with an adapted procedure pursuant to article R. 4122-4-16, the National Council is free to choose the advertising methods best suited to the characteristics of the contract, in particular the value and nature of the supplies or services in question.

III – The National Council may publish an additional advertisement on a medium other than that chosen as the main medium. The additional advertisement may include only some of the information contained in the contract notice published on the principal basis in the medium of its choice, provided that it indicates the references.

Article R.4122-4-19

I.-Pour les marchés passés selon l’une des procédures formalisées énumérées à l’article R. 4122-4-15, le conseil national publie un avis de marché dans un journal habilité à recevoir des annonces légales et dans un journal spécialisé correspondant au secteur économique concerné.

II.-Pour les marchés passés selon une procédure adaptée en application de l’article R. 4122-4-16, le conseil national choisit librement les modalités de publicité adaptées en fonction des caractéristiques du marché, notamment le montant et la nature des fournitures ou des services en cause.

III.-Le conseil national peut faire paraître une publicité supplémentaire sur un autre support que celui choisi à titre principal. La publicité supplémentaire peut ne comporter que certains des renseignements figurant dans l’avis de marché publié à titre principal sur le support de son choix à condition qu’elle en indique les références.
