Article R1111-20-5 of the French Public Health Code

The holder of the pharmaceutical record may object to the health professional referred to in article L. 1111-23 consulting or adding to his/her pharmaceutical record at the time of treatment. The healthcare professional shall inform the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens of this objection.

Le titulaire du dossier pharmaceutique peut s’opposer à ce que le professionnel de santé mentionné à l’article L. 1111-23 consulte ou alimente son dossier pharmaceutique au moment de sa prise en charge. Le professionnel de santé informe le Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens de cette opposition.
