The pharmaceutical record is accessible to the healthcare professionals referred to in article L. 1111-23 by means of tools and information systems that comply with the interoperability and security standards referred to in articles L. 1470-2 and L. 1470-5, in accordance with the technical and organisational procedures defined by the French National Pharmaceutical Council, which is responsible for processing within the meaning ofarticle 3 of amendedlaw no. 78-17 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties.

Access to the pharmaceutical record complies with the ethical rules applicable to each healthcare professional.

Le dossier pharmaceutique est accessible aux professionnels de santé mentionnés à l’article L. 1111-23 au moyen d’outils et systèmes d’information qui respectent les référentiels d’interopérabilité et de sécurité mentionnés aux articles L. 1470-2 et L. 1470-5, selon les modalités techniques et organisationnelles définies par le conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens, responsable du traitement au sens de l’article 3 de la loi n° 78-17 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés.

L’accès au dossier pharmaceutique est réalisé dans le respect des règles déontologiques applicables à chaque professionnel de santé.
