Once the holder has authorised a professional, a healthcare establishment, a social or medico-social establishment or service to access his/her shared medical record, he/she may not object, unless there is a legitimate reason, to them entering data useful for the prevention, coordination, quality and continuity of care into his/her shared medical record.

Une fois que le titulaire a autorisé un professionnel, un établissement de santé, un établissement ou un service social ou médico-social à accéder à son dossier médical partagé, il ne peut s’opposer, sauf motif légitime, à ce que ceux-ci versent dans son dossier médical partagé les données utiles à la prévention, la coordination, la qualité et la continuité des soins.
