Article R1111-49 of the French Public Health Code

The holder may decide that data concerning him/her contained in his/her shared medical file should not be accessible to the healthcare professionals and establishments, social or medico-social establishments or services authorised to access his/her file. This decision may be modified at any time by the holder. However, this data remains accessible to the health professional or establishment, the social or medico-social establishment or service which placed it in the shared medical record and to the attending doctor referred to in article L. 162-5-3 of the Social Security Code.

Le titulaire peut décider que des données le concernant contenues dans son dossier médical partagé ne soient pas accessibles aux professionnels et établissements de santé, établissements ou services sociaux ou médico-sociaux autorisés à accéder à son dossier. Cette décision est modifiable à tout moment par le titulaire. Ces données restent cependant accessibles au professionnel ou à l’établissement de santé, à l’établissement ou au service social ou médico-social qui les a déposées dans le dossier médical partagé et au médecin traitant mentionné à l’article L. 162-5-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.
