Article R1112-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The consultation of voters is organised under the conditions provided for by the articles R. 1112-1 to R. 1112-17 applicable to local referendums, subject to the replacement of the last two paragraphs of article R. 1112-2 by the following paragraph:

The file includes, in particular, the deliberation by which the consultation was decided, to which are appended the observations made by the members of the deliberating assembly on the occasion of this deliberation, as well as an information notice on the purpose of the consultation.

Article R1112-18

La consultation des électeurs est organisée dans les conditions prévues par les articles R. 1112-1 à R. 1112-17 applicables au référendum local, sous réserve du remplacement des deux derniers alinéas de l’article R. 1112-2 par l’alinéa suivant :

Le dossier comporte notamment la délibération par laquelle la consultation a été décidée à laquelle sont annexées les observations formulées par les membres de l’assemblée délibérante à l’occasion de cette délibération, ainsi qu’une notice d’information sur l’objet de la consultation.
