Article R1112-60 of the French Public Health Code

The attending physician is informed by the liaison letter provided for in article R. 1112-1-2 after the patient has been discharged of the medical prescriptions to which the patient must continue to adhere. He will be given any information that may enable him to continue to monitor the patient, if necessary.

Le médecin traitant est informé par la lettre de liaison prévue à l’article R. 1112-1-2 après la sortie de l’hospitalisé des prescriptions médicales auxquelles le malade doit continuer à se soumettre. Il reçoit toutes indications propres à le mettre en état de poursuivre, s’il y a lieu, la surveillance du malade.
