Where this is required by public health regulations, the effects and furnishings that belonged to the deceased shall be cremated for reasons of hygiene. In this case, no claim may be made by the beneficiaries, who may not demand reimbursement of the value of these objects and effects.

Lorsque des mesures de police sanitaire y obligent, les effets et objets mobiliers ayant appartenu au défunt sont incinérés par mesure d’hygiène. Dans ce cas, aucune réclamation ne peut être présentée par les ayants droit qui ne peuvent exiger le remboursement de la valeur de ces objets et effets.
