Health establishments shall keep a register containing information enabling the bodies of deceased persons and children who may be declared lifeless at the civil registry to be tracked, from the time the death of the persons or the date of delivery of children who may be declared lifeless at the civil registry is recorded until the bodies are removed from the establishment. An order issued by the Minister for Health and the Minister for Culture and Communication sets out the information that must be included in this register, in particular how it is to be updated, the information it contains and how long it is to be kept.
The legal representative of the establishment appoints a person responsible for applying the provisions of this section.
