The Commission is convened by its Chairman at least once every three months and as often as necessary to examine complaints and claims submitted to it under the conditions set out in article R. 1112-94. A meeting may be called at the request of at least half of the members with voting rights.
The agenda, which includes the questions requested by at least half of the voting members, is drawn up by the Chairman and sent to the members of the Commission at least eight days before the meeting. In urgent cases, the deadline may be reduced, but may not be less than one clear day.
