Article R1113-7 of the French Public Health Code

When the depositor is finally discharged from the institution, he/she will be given a document inviting him/her to withdraw the items deposited, as part of the discharge formalities.

In the event of the depositor’s death, his heirs are given a document inviting them to withdraw the items deposited and reminding them of the provisions of article L. 1113-7.

Lors de sa sortie définitive de l’établissement, le déposant se voit remettre, à l’occasion de l’accomplissement des formalités de sortie, un document l’invitant à procéder au retrait des objets déposés.

En cas de décès du déposant, un document est remis à ses héritiers les invitant à procéder au retrait des objets déposés et leur rappelant les dispositions de l’article L. 1113-7.
