Article R1114-19 of the French Public Health Code

The National Union has a national headquarters and regional delegations known as unions régionales des associations agréées d’usagers du système de santé.

In accordance with the Union’s articles of association and internal regulations, the regional delegations have the status of a legal establishment attached to the national headquarters and are registered in the register provided for in article R. 123-220 of the French Commercial Code.

Where justified by specific local circumstances, the Union’s Articles of Association may provide for the creation of one or more local branches of the Delegation.

Article R1114-19

L’Union nationale comporte un siège national et des délégations territoriales dénommées unions régionales des associations agréées d’usagers du système de santé.

Conformément aux statuts et au règlement intérieur de l’Union, les délégations territoriales ont le statut d’établissement juridique rattaché au siège national et sont inscrites au répertoire prévu à l’article R. 123-220 du code de commerce.

Lorsque des spécificités territoriales le justifient, les statuts de l’Union peuvent prévoir la création d’une ou des antennes locales de la délégation.
