The Board of Directors prepares the annual budget and the strategy for running the national network of approved associations of users of the healthcare system, which are submitted to the General Meeting.

The statutes and internal regulations of the national Union set out the other tasks and the organisational and deliberation procedures of the Board of Directors. They also stipulate the number of its members and their alternates, as well as their terms of office.

Le conseil d’administration prépare le budget annuel ainsi que la stratégie d’animation du réseau national des associations agréées d’usagers du système de santé qui sont proposés à l’assemblée générale.

Les statuts et le règlement intérieur de l’Union nationale prévoient les autres missions et les modalités d’organisation et de délibération du conseil d’administration. Ils prévoient également le nombre de ses membres et de leurs suppléants ainsi que la durée de leur mandat.
