Article R1114-26 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the second paragraph of this article, the duties of members of the General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee are performed free of charge.

The duties of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Vice-Chairman and the Treasurer may give rise to an indemnity provided for in the Articles of Association and the Internal Regulations of the Union. The allowance paid to the Chairman may not exceed twice the ceiling set in application of article L. 241-3 of the Social Security Code. For the other members of the Executive Committee, this allowance may not exceed this ceiling.

Sous réserve du second alinéa du présent article, les fonctions de membres de l’assemblée générale, du conseil d’administration et du bureau sont exercées à titre gratuit.

Les fonctions de président du conseil d’administration, de vice-président et de trésorier peuvent donner lieu à une indemnité prévue par les statuts et le règlement intérieur de l’Union. L’indemnité versée pour le président ne peut excéder deux fois le montant du plafond fixé en application de l’article L. 241-3 du code de la sécurité sociale. Pour les autres membres du bureau, cette indemnité ne peut excéder le montant de ce plafond.
