Article R1123-19-3 of the French Public Health Code

The accounting operations of the personal protection committees are carried out by a single accounting agency set up as an accounting group under the conditions laid down inarticle 188 of decree no. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management. An order of the ministers responsible for health and the budget specifies the operating procedures and the registered office of this group.

The group’s accounting officer is appointed by order of the minister responsible for the budget.

Les opérations comptables des comités de protection des personnes sont réalisées par une agence comptable unique constituée en groupement comptable créée dans les conditions prévues à l’article 188 du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique. Un arrêté des ministres chargés de la santé et du budget précise les modalités de fonctionnement et le siège de ce groupement.

L’agent comptable du groupement est nommé par arrêté du ministre chargé du budget.
