Article R1123-3 of the French Public Health Code

When the Minister for Health intends to withdraw the approval of a committee, he will inform the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, who will notify the committee chairman. The latter has thirty days in which to make its observations.

Withdrawal of approval is made after obtaining the opinion of the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

Lorsque le ministre chargé de la santé envisage de retirer l’agrément d’un comité, il en informe le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé, qui le notifie au président du comité. Ce dernier dispose d’un délai de trente jours pour faire valoir ses observations.

Le retrait d’agrément est prononcé après avis du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
