Article R1123-64 of the French Public Health Code

In application of the third paragraph of article L. 1123-11, except in the case of imminent risk, the sponsor has a period of one week in which to submit its observations from receipt of the request to modify the protocol, or from the decision to suspend or prohibit.

En application du troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1123-11, sauf en cas de risque imminent, le promoteur dispose d’un délai d’une semaine pour présenter ses observations à compter, soit de la réception de la demande de modification du protocole, soit de la décision de suspension ou d’interdiction.
