Article R113-10 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The establishment’s employees are entitled, after service, to a gross salary calculated on the basis of the index for their classification step. The value of the point is that of the civil service and follows its evolution. To this salary must be added, where applicable, the residence allowance and the family salary supplement granted under the conditions laid down by the texts applicable to State civil servants, as well as allowances that take into account the responsibilities exercised by the employee, the conditions of the post occupied and, where applicable, the hardships associated with certain jobs.

Remuneration is subject to periodic review, taking into account in particular the results of the appraisal of the employee, the manner in which he or she has performed his or her duties on an individual and collective basis or, in the event of changes, the duties performed.

Article R113-10
