The rules of good practice relating to: :
1° Criteria for identifying serious conditions caused by genetic abnormalities;
2° Criteria for identifying serious conditions for which there is a strong probability that no preventive or curative measures exist and that information to relatives will be limited to enabling choices to be made regarding genetic counselling in the context of a parental project;
3° the medical criteria which, depending on the type of anomaly, make it easier to identify the third parties potentially concerned;
4° the information that the doctor must provide to the person, relating to the consequences of any refusal on his part to pass on the information to the members of his family potentially concerned;
5° the elements likely to appear in the written document referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 1131-1-2;
6° Accompanying the person who has undertaken to provide the information to the members of his or her family who may be affected, in order to help him or her in his or her approach, particularly in preparing to provide the information.
