Article R1142-31 of the French Public Health Code

The committee hears the rapporteur(s) appointed to examine the application for inclusion on the list.

It may request any information or documents and may hold any useful hearings, including that of the applicant.

The external rapporteurs and the alternate members, when they are not sitting in place of their full members, take part, in an advisory capacity, in the Committee’s deliberations on the applications for which they have examined the files.

When the committee decides to include a candidate on the list, the interested party is notified of this decision, which takes effect on the first day of the calendar month following the date of notification.

Article R1142-31

La commission entend le ou les rapporteurs désignés pour instruire la demande d’inscription sur la liste.

Elle peut se faire communiquer tout renseignement ou document et procéder à toutes auditions utiles, dont celle du candidat.

Les rapporteurs extérieurs ainsi que les membres suppléants, lorsqu’ils ne siègent pas en remplacement de leurs titulaires, participent, avec voix consultative, aux délibérations de la commission sur les candidatures dont ils ont instruit les dossiers.

Lorsque la commission décide d’inscrire un candidat sur la liste, cette décision est notifiée à l’intéressé et prend effet le premier jour du mois civil suivant la date de sa notification.
