Article R1142-32-1 of the French Public Health Code

In order to enable the National Medical Accidents Commission to ensure compliance with the undertaking given under 6° (b) of Article R. 1142-30-1, the experts must inform it, without delay, of any assignment or expert opinion that they carry out for or in association with a public or private body in the field or fields of expertise for which they are registered on the list. They shall also immediately inform the chairman of the commission referred to in article L. 1142-5 who proposes that they carry out an expert appraisal of the links between them and the parties involved, their insurers or their advisors.

They shall inform the national commission of any change in the practice of the activity for which they applied for inclusion on the list.

Article R1142-32-1

Afin de permettre à la Commission nationale des accidents médicaux de s’assurer du respect de l’engagement souscrit au titre du 6° (b) de l’article R. 1142-30-1, les experts l’informent, sans délai, de toute mission ou expertise qu’ils effectueraient pour ou en lien avec un organisme public ou privé dans le ou les domaines de compétence à raison desquels ils sont inscrits sur la liste. Ils font de même immédiatement savoir au président de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 1142-5 qui leur propose la réalisation d’une expertise les liens qui les unissent aux parties en présence, à leurs assureurs ou à leurs conseils.

Ils font connaître à la commission nationale tout changement intervenu dans l’exercice de l’activité dont ils se sont prévalus lors de leur demande d’inscription sur la liste.
