The Office then informs the parties to the proceedings, as defined in the second paragraph of Article L. 1142-24-2, at least fifteen days before the date of the examination, of the identity and qualifications of the expert(s) responsible for carrying out the examination and of the expert assessment assignment entrusted to them.
The Office shall also inform the parties that they may be assisted by a person of their choice.
