If the college does not find that there is a functional impairment attributable to benfluorex, the Office will inform the claimant and the persons against whom the proceedings have been brought, as well as their insurers, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Lorsque le collège ne constate pas l’existence d’un déficit fonctionnel imputable au benfluorex, l’office en informe par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception le demandeur et les personnes auxquelles la procédure a été rendue opposable ainsi que leurs assureurs.
