The secretariat of the Board is placed under the functional authority of the Chairman and is provided by the Board’s staff. It is provided by staff from the Office.

The Director of the Office or his representative attends meetings of the College without the right to vote.

The Board adopts its own rules of procedure, which define the rules of procedure and the conditions under which it operates. In particular, these rules specify the procedures for organising work and preparing opinions.

Le secrétariat du collège est placé sous l’autorité fonctionnelle du président. Il est assuré par des personnels de l’office.

Le directeur de l’office ou son représentant assiste aux réunions du collège sans voix délibérative.

Le collège adopte un règlement intérieur qui définit les règles de procédure et les conditions de son fonctionnement. Ce règlement précise notamment les modalités d’organisation du travail et de préparation des avis.
