Article R1161-20 of the French Public Health Code

Any change to any of the elements of the application for authorisation of the programme will give rise to a new authorisation, issued under the same conditions as the initial authorisation.

Toute modification de l’un des éléments du dossier de demande d’autorisation du programme donne lieu à une nouvelle autorisation, délivrée dans les mêmes conditions que l’autorisation initiale.
