In the event of a breach of the specifications or other legislative and regulatory provisions applicable to maisons sport-santé, the department appointed to investigate the breach will give the authorisation holder the opportunity to submit written observations within a period that it sets, which may not be less than fifteen days.
If, at the end of this period, and taking into account any observations that may have been submitted, the department considers that the breach has been established, it will give formal notice to the authorisation holder to remedy the breach within a period that it sets, which may not be less than one month. The authorities referred to in article R. 1173-1 may suspend the authorisation until the breach has been remedied. Users of the Maison sport-santé will be informed of the suspension decision, which will be posted on the Maison sport-santé website and displayed at the entrance to its premises.
If the holder of the authorisation has not taken the necessary measures, the authorisation provided for in article L. 1173-1 may be withdrawn. The sports and health centre may no longer use its accreditation.
The decisions mentioned in the second and third paragraphs are notified to the holder of the authorisation and published in the administrative records and on the websites of the regional health agency and the decentralised departments of the Ministry of Sport.
