Article R1173-2 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation referred to in II of article L. 1173-1 of this code is granted for a period of five years, when:

1° The applicant undertakes to comply with the specifications referred to in the fourth paragraph of article L. 1173-1;

2° The sports and health centre contributes to ensuring a territorial network making it possible to provide a local response to the needs of the population in terms of access to physical and sporting activity for health purposes and adapted physical activity;

3° The applicant submits a balanced budget estimate for the activity of the sports and health centre.

L’habilitation mentionnée au II de l’article L. 1173-1 du présent code est accordée pour une durée de cinq ans, lorsque :


1° Le demandeur s’engage à respecter le cahier des charges mentionné au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 1173-1 ;


2° La maison sport-santé contribue à assurer un maillage territorial permettant d’apporter une réponse de proximité aux besoins de la population en matière d’accès à l’activité physique et sportive à des fins de santé et à l’activité physique adaptée ;


3° Le demandeur présente, pour l’activité de la maison sport-santé, un budget prévisionnel équilibré.
