Article R121-20 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The establishment is subject to economic and financial control under the conditions laid down by decree no. 53-707 of 9 August 1953 relating to State control of national public companies and certain bodies with an economic or social purpose and by decree no. 55-733 of 26 May 1955 relating to the economic and financial control of the State.

L’établissement est soumis au contrôle économique et financier dans les conditions fixées par le décret n° 53-707 du 9 août 1953 relatif au contrôle de l’Etat sur les entreprises publiques nationales et certains organismes ayant un objet d’ordre économique ou social et par le décret n° 55-733 du 26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat.
