Article R1211-13 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The eleven representatives of the State are appointed as follows, by order of the minister responsible for local and regional authorities, issued jointly with the minister concerned where applicable:

1° Four representatives of the minister responsible for local and regional authorities;

2° One representative of the minister responsible for the economy;

3° Three representatives of the minister responsible for the budget;

4° One representative of the minister responsible for tourism;

5° One representative of the minister responsible for overseas departments and territories;

6° One representative of the minister responsible for urban affairs.

Les onze représentants de l’Etat sont désignés ainsi qu’il suit, par arrêté du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales, pris conjointement avec le ministre intéressé le cas échéant :

1° Quatre représentants du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales ;

2° Un représentant du ministre chargé de l’économie ;

3° Trois représentants du ministre chargé du budget ;

4° Un représentant du ministre chargé du tourisme ;

5° Un représentant du ministre chargé des outre-mer ;

6° Un représentant du ministre chargé de la ville.
