Candidate lists shall be lodged with the ministry responsible for local and regional authorities on a date set by order of the minister responsible for local and regional authorities.
This order also sets the deadline for sending or depositing ballot papers with the secretariat of the census commission provided for in article R. 1213-12, at the Prefecture or the High Commission of the Republic.
Les listes de candidature sont déposées au ministère chargé des collectivités territoriales à une date fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé des collectivités territoriales.
