I.-The distribution and supply of labile blood products required by health establishments and health cooperation groups authorised to manage a blood depot are carried out by a single blood establishment, known as the “referent blood establishment”, determined in application of the blood transfusion organisation plan drawn up under the conditions laid down by articles R. 1224-1 to R. 1224-4.
II – When changes in fact or in law are likely to call into question the blood transfusion organisation plan, the health establishment or health cooperation group authorised to manage a blood depot informs the director general of the competent regional health agency and the director of the referent blood transfusion establishment without delay.
III – The Etablissement Français du Sang sends the Agence Nationale de Sécurité du Médicament et des Produits de Santé the list of health establishments and health cooperation groups authorised to manage a blood depot which the referring blood establishments provide. The Armed Forces Blood Transfusion Centre also sends the Agency the list of establishments it supplies.
