Article R1221-24 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The term of office of the members of the Steering Committee is three years, renewable.

The provisions of the second and third paragraphs of article R. 1221-2 as well as the provisions of article R. 1221-10 are applicable to the members of the Policy Council.

For members sitting in application of 2° of article R. 1221-23:

a) If the approval of the training organisation within which they carry out their duties is not renewed, their mandate ends within two months of the date of non-renewal;

> b) If the training organisation within which they carry out their duties is not renewed, their mandate ends within two months of the date of non-renewal;

c) If the training organisation within which they carry out their duties is not renewed, their mandate ends within two months of the date of non-renewal
b) When the training organisation within which they perform their duties is the subject of an approval suspension or abrogation procedure pursuant to Article R. 1221-21-2, their term of office is suspended or terminated as from the corresponding notification of the Minister’s decision to the organisation, of which they are informed without delay.

Article R1221-24

Le mandat des membres du conseil d’orientation est d’une durée de trois ans renouvelable.

Les dispositions du deuxième et du troisième alinéa de l’article R. 1221-2 ainsi que les dispositions de l’article R. 1221-10 sont applicables aux membres du conseil d’orientation.

Pour les membres siégeant en application du 2° de l’article R. 1221-23 :

a) Lorsque l’agrément de l’organisme de formation au sein duquel ils exercent leurs fonctions n’est pas renouvelé, leur mandat prend fin dans un délai de deux mois suivant la date de ce non-renouvellement ;

b) Lorsque l’organisme de formation au sein duquel ils exercent leurs fonctions fait l’objet d’une procédure de suspension ou d’abrogation d’agrément en application de l’article R. 1221-21-2, leur mandat est suspendu ou prend fin à compter de la notification correspondante de la décision du ministre à l’organisme, dont ils sont informés sans délai.
