Article R1221-54 of the French Public Health Code

With the exception of army pharmacists, pharmacists responsible, in application of article L. 1221-10, for monitoring labile blood products intended for direct therapeutic use in blood establishments must be registered in sections G or H of the national order of pharmacists or in section E if they practise in an overseas department or in the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

A l’exception des pharmaciens des armées, les pharmaciens chargés, en application de l’article L. 1221-10, de la surveillance des produits sanguins labiles destinés à une utilisation thérapeutique directe dans les établissements de transfusion sanguine doivent être inscrits aux sections G ou H de l’ordre national des pharmaciens ou à la section E s’ils exercent dans un département d’outre-mer ou dans la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
