Article R1221-55 of the French Public Health Code

With the exception of army pharmacists, pharmacists practising in health establishments, when they are responsible for supervising a blood depot mentioned in article R. 1221-20, must, for this activity, be registered in sections G or H of the national order of pharmacists, or in section E if they practise in an overseas department or in the territorial collectivity of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

A l’exception des pharmaciens des armées, les pharmaciens exerçant dans les établissements de santé, lorsqu’ils sont chargés de la surveillance d’un dépôt de sang mentionné à l’article R. 1221-20, doivent, pour cette activité, être inscrits aux sections G ou H de l’ordre national des pharmaciens, ou à la section E s’ils exercent dans un département d’outre-mer ou dans la collectivité territoriale de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
