Article R1221-74 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of acceptance, the Director of the Office will present the claimant with the offer of compensation determined in accordance with the conditions set out in the third paragraph of Article L. 1221-14.

The claimant will inform the Office, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, whether or not he accepts the offer of compensation made to him.

If the claimant accepts the offer, the Office has one month to pay the corresponding sum.

Article R1221-74

En cas d’acceptation, le directeur de l’office présente au demandeur l’offre d’indemnisation arrêtée dans les conditions fixées au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 1221-14.

Le demandeur fait connaître à l’office, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, s’il accepte ou non l’offre d’indemnisation qui lui est faite.

Lorsque le demandeur accepte l’offre, l’office dispose d’un délai d’un mois pour verser la somme correspondante.
