The Office may take action, even for the first time, before any administrative or judicial court in order to exercise the right to subrogation provided for in Article L. 1221-14 against persons liable in any way whatsoever to pay compensation in full or in part.

L’office peut, pour exercer l’action subrogatoire prévue à l’article L. 1221-14 contre les personnes tenues à un titre quelconque d’en assurer la réparation totale ou partielle, intervenir même pour la première fois devant toute juridiction de l’ordre administratif ou judiciaire.
