Article R1221-77 of the French Public Health Code

The registries and registry secretariats of the administrative and judicial courts shall send the Office, by any means capable of establishing the date of receipt, a copy of the procedural documents referring to the courts, initially or additionally, any legal claim relating to compensation for the losses defined in the first paragraph of article L. 1221-14.

Les greffes et secrétariats-greffes des juridictions des ordres administratif et judiciaire adressent à l’office, par tous moyens de nature à établir la date certaine de sa réception, copie des actes de procédure saisissant celles-ci, à titre initial ou additionnel, de toute demande en justice relative à la réparation des préjudices définis au premier alinéa de l’article L. 1221-14.
