Blood transfusion establishments offer training in good practice and new techniques relating to their activity to staff who carry out the duties defined by this section, in accordance with the procedures and frequency laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Les établissements de transfusion sanguine proposent aux personnels qui exercent les fonctions définies par la présente section des formations aux bonnes pratiques et aux nouvelles techniques afférentes à leur activité, selon des modalités et une périodicité fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
