The Chairman informs the institution’s Board of Directors at its next meeting of :

1° Decisions taken in application of article L. 1222-3 ;

2° Appointments made in application of article L. 1222-6 ;

3° Decisions notified to it by the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé in application of article L. 1223-13.

Le président informe le conseil d’administration de l’établissement lors de sa plus prochaine séance :

1° Des décisions prises en application de l’article L. 1222-3 ;

2° Des nominations prononcées en application de l’article L. 1222-6 ;

3° Des décisions qui lui sont notifiées par le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé en application de l’article L. 1223-13.
