The oral presentation of a plasma referred to in article L. 1223-3 is carried out by a professional referred to in article L. 1223-7. It is accompanied by the hand-delivery by the latter to the healthcare professional of a written document containing the information mentioned in article R. 1223-1. This document contains sufficiently clear and legible information. It also includes the date on which it was drawn up or last revised.

La présentation verbale d’un plasma mentionné à l’article L. 1223-3 est réalisée par un professionnel cité à l’article L. 1223-7. Elle s’accompagne de la remise en mains propres par ce dernier au professionnel de santé d’un document écrit dans lequel figurent les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 1223-1. Ce document comporte des informations suffisamment claires et lisibles. Il comporte également la date de sa rédaction ou de sa dernière révision.
