Article R123-134 of the French Commercial code

The deregistrations provided for in articles R. 123-132 and R. 123-133 are also carried out automatically at the places of secondary registrations upon notification by the registrar of the main registration; this notification is made within fifteen days of the date of the main deregistration.

Les radiations prévues aux articles R. 123-132 et R. 123-133 sont également effectuées d’office aux lieux des immatriculations secondaires sur notification par le greffier de l’immatriculation principale ; cette notification est faite dans le délai de quinze jours à compter de la date de la radiation à titre principal.
