Article R123-155 of the French Commercial code

Any registration gives rise to the insertion of a notice in the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales.

However, the insertion of a notice is not required in the case of the registration of a limited liability company where the sole shareholder, a natural person, personally assumes the management or of a simplified joint stock company where the sole shareholder, a natural person, personally assumes the chairmanship.
