I. – The following professions remain subject to the regulations applicable to them:
1° Commercial agents mentioned in articles L. 134-1 et seq;
2° Persons carrying out the activity of press salesman and peddler mentioned in article 22 of law no. 91-1 of 3 January 1991 tending to develop employment through training in companies, aid for social and professional integration and the reorganisation of working hours, for the application of the third employment plan ;
3° Persons exercising the profession of taxi operator provided for by the loi n° 95-66 du 20 janvier 1995 relative à l’accès à l’activité de conducteur ou au transport de marchandises ou de personnes prévues par la loi n° 82-1153 du 30 décembre 1982 d’orientation des transports intérieurs;
4° Persons carrying out canvassing operations regulated by specific texts, in particular by articles L. 7311-1 et seq. of the French Labour Code relating to travellers, representatives and salespersons, by Articles L. 341-1 et seq. of the Monetary and Financial Code relating to banking or financial canvassing and by articles L. 135-1 et seq. of the Commercial Code relating to self-employed doorstep sellers;
II. – The provisions of article L. 123-29 do not apply to other professionals who carry out rounds of sales of their products or the provision of services from fixed establishments on an ancillary basis in one or more neighbouring municipalities.
