Article R123-211 of the French Commercial code

The notice concerning a declaration relating to the sale, transfer, contribution to a company, allocation by division or by auction of a business shall contain:

1° The information required by article L. 141-13 ;

2° Where applicable, with regard to the former owner, the references of its registration in the Trade and Companies Register and, if it is a legal entity, its name or company name;

3° With regard to the new owner, the information required in Articles R. 123-156 et seq.

4° The title of the medium authorised to receive legal announcements in which the first insertion was made and the date of this insertion.

Article R123-211

L’avis concernant une déclaration afférente à la vente, à la cession, à l’apport en société, à l’attribution par partage ou par licitation d’un fonds de commerce contient :

1° Les indications exigées à l’article L. 141-13 ;

2° Le cas échéant, en ce qui concerne l’ancien propriétaire, les références de son immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés et s’il s’agit d’une personne morale, sa dénomination ou raison sociale ;

3° En ce qui concerne le nouveau propriétaire, les indications exigées aux articles R. 123-156 et suivants.

4° Le titre du support habilité à recevoir les annonces légales dans lequel la première insertion a été effectuée ainsi que la date de cette insertion.
