Article R123-232-1  of the French Commercial code

If a legal representative of a legal unit objects to this data being made available to the public for canvassing purposes pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, his objection shall be brought to the attention of the administrations and the public. The objection thus made shall be deemed to be an objection to the making available referred to in Article R. 123-320.

If a natural person objects to his data being made available to the public for reasons relating to his particular situation pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the same Regulation, his objection shall be brought to the attention of the administrations and the public and the making available of information relating to his identity shall be limited to the identifier within the register and to the municipality.

If a legal representative of a legal unit objects to data relating to his registered office or an establishment being made available to the public for reasons relating to his particular situation pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 21 of the same Regulation, his objection shall be made known to the administrations and to the public and the making available of information relating to the identity and location of the registered office or establishment of the legal unit shall be limited to the identifier in the register and to its name, where appropriate to the trade name and sign, and to the municipality.

Si un représentant légal d’une unité légale s’oppose à la mise à disposition au public de ces données à des fins de prospection en application du paragraphe 2 de l’article 21 du règlement (UE) 2016/679 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 27 avril 2016 relatif à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel et à la libre circulation de ces données, son opposition est portée à la connaissance des administrations et du public. L’opposition ainsi exercée vaut opposition à la mise à disposition mentionnée à l’article R. 123-320.

Si une personne physique s’oppose à la mise à disposition de ses données au public pour des raisons tenant à sa situation particulière en application du paragraphe 1 de l’article 21 du même règlement, son opposition est portée à la connaissance des administrations et du public et la mise à disposition des informations relatives à son identité est limitée à l’identifiant au sein du répertoire et à la commune.

Si un représentant légal d’une unité légale s’oppose à la mise à disposition au public des données relatives à son siège ou à un établissement pour des raisons tenant à sa situation particulière en application du paragraphe 1 de l’article 21 du même règlement, son opposition est portée à la connaissance des administrations et du public et la mise à disposition des informations relatives à l’identité et à la localisation du siège ou de l’établissement de l’unité légale est limitée à l’identifiant au répertoire et à sa dénomination, s’il y a lieu au nom commercial et à l’enseigne, ainsi qu’à la commune.
