Article R123-240 of the French Commercial code

Unless otherwise provided, any person referred to in article L. 123-36 or any third party legally or judicially authorised may request:

1° An amending entry in the National Register of Companies within one month of the event making it necessary to correct or add to the statements made at the time of registration;

2° Deregistration from the National Register of Companies within one month prior to the total cessation of its activity or within one month of such cessation, indicating the date of cessation.

Sauf disposition contraire, toute personne mentionnée à l’article L. 123-36 ou tout tiers légalement ou judiciairement habilité demande :

1° Une inscription modificative au Registre national des entreprises dans le délai d’un mois qui suit le fait rendant nécessaire une rectification ou une adjonction aux énonciations réalisées lors de l’immatriculation ;

2° La radiation du Registre national des entreprises dans le délai d’un mois avant la cessation totale de son activité ou dans le délai d’un mois à compter de celle-ci, en indiquant la date de cessation.
